We are now accepting registrations for the 2008 Fall Flag Football Season!
Our flag football leagues provide fun and skills development for boys and girls ages 5-13 of all skill levels. Anyone can play! Our brand of flag football is non-contact, involves continuous action, and requires minimal equipment.
The sport emphasizes the fundamental football skills of passing, catching, defending, and running and also teaches basic formations, pass patterns, and types of defense.
League Format: Play is 5 on 5 (6 on 6 depending on # of kids on each team) with no intentional contact allowed. Teams are organized into divisions based on the age of the child as of September 1st, 2008. Divisions include U7 (5-7 year olds), U10 (8-10 year olds), and U13 (11-13 year olds). Teams will usually consist of 10 players (more or less depending on # of teams and players).
Schedule: The 2008 Fall Season will run from September 14th - November 16th. Exact schedules for all leagues are TBD. All games will be played on Sundays.
Locations: All games will be played in Rancho Cucamonga. Light travel may be required depending on # of teams.
Practice: We encourage no more than two (2) practices per week, and for one of those practices to be held an hour prior to the game at the field on game day. Coaches may choose to schedule up to one (1) weeknight practice. The locations and times of practices are left to the coach's discretion.
Equipment: The league provides each player an official i9 Sports Flag Football reversible jersey and flag belt. Players may wear shorts/pants of any type, as long as they do not have pockets or belt loops and as long as they are not red. Appropriate footwear includes football/soccer cleats (no metal spikes.) Each player must use a mouth guard at all times during play.
Awards: All kids will receive a participation award.
Coaches & Referees: All coaches, usually a volunteer parent of a child playing on the team, will receive mandatory background checks and pass an i9 sports certification test. Please consider volunteering! All referees are trained to ensure the highest level of professionalism during all games.
On-Site Coordinators: Should you have any questions, a certified i9 Sports Site Coordinator is present at all games.
Interactive Website: You can register to play, access schedules, view standings and team/player statistics, read up on rules, and get the latest league news at our state-of-the-art website.
BEST OF ALL...YOUR CHILD WILL HAVE FUN...NOT FUNDRAISERS! When your child participates in an i9 Sports program there are absolutely no fundraisers of any kind and no mandatory volunteering! We are committed to providing you and your child the best possible experience.
Player Registration: Players can request to play w/ certain players/coaches. There is a space on the registration to make the special request.
Spaces are limited and filling up quickly so sign up soon! Our current Spring Season SOLD OUT! Many families were not able to get in this season because they waited too long; do not be that family and register now! No registration is official until full payment is received in the league office.
How To Register: By calling 909-948-0035 or visiting our website at www.i9sports.com

We have immediate needs for some good football players to help us catapult our team to the next level. We are currently practicing on Saturdays mornings, and games times are on Sundays. • Our tournaments have a 3 game guarantee, with most teams playing 4 to 5 games.
• We have a visible scoreboard on each field, so you will never have to wonder what the score is during the game.
• We offer online registration, schedules, and results.
• We offer a multi-tournament discount.
• There is always someone from our management team present at the tournament site - you'll never hear it's the local director's problem
